We cannot refund your postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any credit/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

Please note all international orders are liable for any import fees that may occur if the parcel is refused by customer at customs. Any custom fee that may occur as a result of this will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

When using a debit/credit card to make a purchase, you can use two methods. Our main method is through sagepay. Alternatively you can use paypal to make purchase via debit/credit card without needing a paypal account. This alternative payment is located in the paypal button at checkout.

These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretences will be followed up with an investigation and reported.

Customs


Countries outside of european union may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, custom and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from custom on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the illicit bloc studio and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
